In order to implement the Regulations on the Protection of Traditional Arts and Crafts of The State Council and the Regulations on the Protection of Traditional arts and Crafts of Jiangsu Province, accelerate the training of arts and crafts talents, promote the construction of arts and crafts talent team, and further inherit, protect and develop the traditional arts and crafts industry in our city, our city carried out the third Changzhou Arts and Crafts Master evaluation and identification work.

According to the Evaluation and Identification Measures of Changzhou Arts and Crafts Masters (Regular Regulations (2012) No.3), Xiao Hengkai and other 25 people have been awarded the honorary title of "Changzhou Arts and Crafts Masters" after the recommendation and application of each municipality and district, the review of the expert group, the publicity and the examination and approval of the municipal government (see the attachment for the list).
